Yay

I have always wondered who would win in a duel between a goat and a whale-plane hybrid. And now I know! I like the small humorous touches in the animation, you should do even more! The animation excercised are paying off.

Spiderman hates irons

Yay I'm in the credits! Nice non-sequitur ending with the spider, that made me laugh. I do feel sorry for poor Tony though. That looked rather uncomfortable.

Most amusing.

Simple but effective. That would be a grim sight for any plumber's eyes. One thing that would have improved it would be to have the blood gushing from Mario's poor exploding brain in the same blocky pixel style.

Yay, Caesar.

You are definately improving with some nice bits of animation in there! Some parts of the drawing look somewhat blobby and undefined but nothing too bad. Good job with the backgrounds and voices too. Salad Fingers should be in there dressed as a centurion.

A Win most Epic

Super nice animation, expressions, camera angles, and a huge massive dose of insanity. And the end was certainly unexpected. Look forward to the next installment when you make it.
This review had better sumbit this time...

MRat responds:

Thanks man. This is a long time coming, as a series. Been toying with the idea for ages, letting the insanity mull about. Hope others like it as much as you did.

Ha ha

That is a funny song and a nice animation to go with it. The way it was animated made me laugh a bit too but maybe it would have been good to have some more complex animation in there, and also less of repeating the exact same artwork over and over. Maybe drawing from some different angles would have worked. I dunno.
Also, in the bit where he collapses... the fire was silhoutted! Which was really bizarre.

Yay! an honest person! To be honest, I got lazy. Thanks for the 8 though!

Not bad

This wasn't bad, I liked the 3D Battlecruiser Loofah (though it seemed a bit strange when it stopped moving but the engines carried on blazing) and protoss's face, and the planet looked good too. The human characters though weren't too amazingly well drawn, their proportions were all off, etc. The commander's face looked more like a five year old than a military officer. It is so round - if he is supposed to be fat it's not really working, maybe do a google image search for a fat guy's face. Their dialogue though is good, it gives the characters a lot of... character. Also: I don't think the protoss have a language (they don't actually have a mouth to speak with!), they use telepathy instead. And I have to say not a lot really happens, but I assume it's just the introduction to a series.

I like!

Ages ago I saw "Der Prophet", and I really wanted to know the story behind it. Now I know! This is really well done, the story seems very original and makes you want to see more. The artwork is great, as is the animation of it. Though the actual animation is limited in many scenes, it works. The zombies/cannibals/whatever were suitably scary and gruesome. The music in the background worked well too and I liked the narrator with his Irish accent. Yeah anyway, hope to see more of this when it's done!

Yay

A great animation you've got here! The artwork and animation was pretty nice, I liked the characters, and it made me laugh. The warcraft music was a good touch, and all the voices were done well, it wouldn't be warcraft without crazy jamaican accented trolls and so on. There's just one thing, gnomes have been using flying machines since warcraft II! I suppose pointing that out makes me a nerd though. But this is a very good animation, don't listen to the brainless reviewers, you obviously worked hard on this!

Was just about to play starcraft...

when what did I find? A great animation, I really liked it. It was true to the universe... the artwork etc was good, especially the 3d type stuff, the animation was nice though could maybe be a bit smoother in parts. The story is good, makes me want to see more! Although, a substance that makes you immune to energy doesn't make a lot of sense... even bullets have kinetic energy. Though maybe more will be revealed later on. I like that one of the marines was a psychic, though it would have been even better if he was a ghost. Haha, and how did that yellow marine's huge head fit in his helmet? The fight with the protoss warrior was good. But getting himself killed by a primitive human robot, how shameful. Hope to see part 2 when it's done!

LogFish responds:

Heeheh love your review! I'm going to work a bit harder on voices, faces, backgrounds and detail etc. in the next installment. He actually is a ghost he was just wearing marine armor, more ghostliness is in the pipeline. Maybe I should've let the Zealot win eventually... na, heheheh. Actually the protoss seem to fair particularly in all the episode outlines I've done - I suppose I could address that a little, they're pretty cool too really (though I always liked Terran better - harder to use but much more deadly hehe)

My hovercraft is full of eels.
